I know it's the day after you requested sympathy for your SWF; my apologies for being a day late! But if today isn't your last day (or is tomorrow?) I figure I can give you sympathy - NO, TODAY I can give you EMPATHY! - for your SWF!
You poor thing! You brave soul! TO fly in the face of discomfort and be willing to let the bathroom dictate the next hour of your life and choices!

Hah! You think I jest? Nay, nay - I do not! Nor would I go so far as to mock someone who has been a blessing to me in wisdom, information, and education! You are one of the many true gifts to this forum! (Why don't they do thse SWFs on POWs by the way?)

Today - my first real one. No fancy pantsing around. 1 QT very warm water, 3 t salt, MADE MYSELF drink the stuff in short order. GOod thing I got up early.

Just out of curiousity, in your opinion, just WHICH is worse - the SWF or the laying in bed with your knees up to your chin cause you just put a whole dinner party's worth of coffee up your butt? I really dread that enema.....
