Oh, You simply MUST do the SWF.(Kidding) It is no FUN..I learned really fast that Get it down fast while it's good & warm and walk around or even jump up and after about 15 minutes if you can..Seems to make things happen faster...I must do mine at night as my commute starts soo early and is soo long.
