I was just cleaning up the kitchen and thinking about the poop thread from yesterday (yah sad...hehe), and thinking how funny it is that we all have no trouble talking about what goes into our bodies, but no one wants to talk about what comes out!

Being on the master cleanse, and especially doing the SWF, will definitely 'loosen you up' about talking about this stuff!
