Very nice hopinso. Good for you! You've experienced some tremendous growth this time around, not to mention overall as well. I have every faith that because of what you've begun to process emotionally this round, you'll find changing your overall eating habits will be much easier this time. It won't be something you feel you SHOULD do and are fighting to some degree, but rather, something you WANT to do. The intent, and the spirit of that intent, makes a VERY BIG difference.

I for one, hope you'll reappear periodically and post some follow up to all the emotional purging you're working through, because you know - we're all rooting for you!
