I messed up last night (end of day three) and ate food. I did drink the laxative tea and am back on it this morning. do I start over with day one or just continue on?

I lost 8 pounds the first two days and gained back 1 pound after eating food.

could use some encouragement. I really want to succeed with this for my second time. What gets me is smelling food and watching my family eat.
