thank god for responding! i plan on doing the full ten days.
i ahve to confess i am surprised about the white tongue thing, because i am pretty healthy. i am vegetarian and don't do too much bad things for my body. i am seriously worried about eating again, have no idea how to reintroduce without starving or getting sick. how many times have you done it and how do you know when to stop?
