Your story is amazing! Does everyone educated in poop ropes think we should all expel these at some time? I'm asking since I've never had one, and I've been doing the Master-Cleanse for years. Also, I've been vegan for a few years, and stopped eating all meat & fish for more than a year (I stopped eating red meat YEARS ago).

Just curious. :-)
