if it were not for winter comming fast i myself would continue beyond the 10 days, bu ti am anxious to do the Liver Flush also and get on to buffing up my immune system for winter.. and getting good exercise working in yard . i am semi handicapped so i haven't dared move too far past my bath room too avoid any accidents ! i intend to do a mc 4 times a year seasonally from here on out.
