I started the cleanse yesterday and I knew I wouldn't make it because I didn't have the right mindset. I struggled throughout the whole day. I had a headache, I felt weak and I was just depressed. When I went home, I broke down and ate a hamburger. I didn't feel any better (Although that was a darn good hamburger) and I felt like a jerk for giving up! I tried starting again today but I broke down and ate a chicken biscuit. Can I still start today or should I just give it all up! I am pathetic, I know!
