cmc, I am another one who has had a lot of depression. Last night I was crying and miserable, today I feel great. None of my circumstances have changed so I believe its part of the cleansing process. Remember our bodies, minds, and spirits have an inate wisdom of their own. Think of your body, we know that while we are cleansing our body is feeding off years of accumilated toxins, scar tissue, and other foreign material. It is not feeding off muscle or any organs, this will never happen unless the body is perfectly clean. Just as the body cleanses and releases toxins, I believe our mind and spirit are doing the same thing. I admit I have pushed a lot of hurts, fears and disappointments back into the recesses of my mind. Now many of these negative things are being released and, I hope, disposed of. I know the Depression is horrible and frightening, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Yet, some of us are going to experience it. Try to separate yourself from the mood and examine the feeling as they come. Remember we are here for you if you need to talk.
I am very interested in the relationship between Depression or negative emotions and liver cleansing. I have done 15 liver flushes, the last two have been very deep. Since some believe that the liver is the seat of certain emotions, I wonder if we are dredging up this feeling as we cleanse deeper and deeper.
