This is day 8 for me... on one hand, I am tempted to do 12 days...., on the other, I am looking forward to breaking the fast slowly and properly. I want to do that Liver Flush at some point but I need to get more expertise before I feel comfortable enough. I am a first timer and I am just so proud of myself for getting this far. I never believed I was a disciplined person (even though I've done some pretty hard real world things) but this time I believe that I can honestly and sincerely follow a protocol and not need to cheat or slack off. I will keep in touch over days 8-12 and let you know if I plan on continuing??
