i work during the day and can't warm the water on the stove..i read somewhere that it's not good 2 warm the lemonade in a microwave....so i was wondering if i could possibly pre mix the lemonade and take it to work in my water bottle...i drink my water @ room temperature anyway, but it wouldn't be "hot"...or must the drink be made fresh every time?

i hope it won't make a difference, because my boyfriend doesn't like me doing the fast, so it'll b tricky as it is, doing it without him knowing it! LOL...i might have 2 have a very VERY small dinner so he won't suspect anything...we work different hours during the day, so i can fast during the morning and afternoon...but we eat dinner 2gether every night..if i don't eat he will surely wonder why....i could probably get away with " i'm not very hungry" 4 a little while...

so can anyone answer my question?
