i agree. i intend to incorporate it myself into seasonal cleanses much like doing juicing tonics to boost up for each season. i think i will d o a cleanse first , then instead of going off teh cleanse per se go another few days rebuffing myself with juiced tonics before gradually resuming into solid food again (repetitive or what? ) btw hopsino i am on same tiem line as you ... *smile * had a surprise visit from the butt pee fairy lastnight/ no accidnets/ but she insisted i spend my night on the pot with her instaed of sleeping lol!!
oh well got good sleep afterwards.

ps btw i asked lapis and he said don't use canola oil on the scrib thing in the future he sugeested sesmae oil. or olive oil
i only use olive oil mostly for cooking etc, but i had the canola there fform like a year so i thoought i woudl put it to good use.instead i am throwing it out after talking to him
