Congratulations on your big day and on your fast!

This is your fast, your body, your beginning - your life. All things that are unique to you.

Your process is your own.

Trust that your body is doing exactly what it needs to be doing right now and in the way that is best for you.

Your body is a record of all the experiences that you have ever had, on all levels.

It knows exactly what you need and how best to procede.

The gift that you are giving it is enormous.

You recognise that it is struggling in some ways. You recognise its signals and the fast is one of the ways you have chosen to respond to these signals.

You are giving it a rest from a job that normally takes up to 3/4 of its energy.

You are freeing your body to do other work.

We are not aware of the physical and chemical complexity that goes into the creation of even a single heartbeat, but our body does this millions of times in our lives.It consistently coordinates millions of processes every second of every day.

Your system is detoxing right now.

We do not have a picture or understanding of the literally millions of processes, all inter-related, taking place in your body right now, but we do know that they are happening and that they are positive changes.

Your white tongue is your body's signal.

Yes! You do have toxins and I am working on them. It is a work in progress sign.

The pink tongue is the signal that it sends when the process is complete. You are at its beginning.

If you are not losing weight, your body is simply telling you that the conditions are not yet right.

It IS working on creating them.In that sense it is already happening. This time is part of the process that needs to take place for you to lose weight.

You have millions of cells inside of you. Miroscopic and vital.The waste from them will also be microscopic. You will not see it, but their elimination will add to your health and vitality. It is working so hard on levels where you can not see it. Just as you are working hard to stay emotionally committed to the process and to keep this special environment for healing in place.

You ARE becoming more and more healthy every day.

Congratulations on having the understanding,the connection and committment to your body to begin this part of your journey!
