What a wonderful gift you are giving to yourself.
Know that we know you are extraordinary. Do you know how few people are as committed to their heath as you are? It's not easy to turn away a special meal on your birthday from someone who loves you. But you are doing something truly loving for yourself.
If you are really concerned, or just interested in assisting the process further, you might look into getting a colonic.
