Hi fellow Measter Cleansers,
seems no matter what it is, people get hurt, die or what ever. But when we really look at it,it is not because the natural "cure" did not work, it is because people either overdo, have already ecisting problems they did not take into consideration or any such thing.

People have died from drinking too much water, too fast. As always, if you have any health problems, check with your doctor and then apply some common sense or if you don't have it, look for a friend who does and run what ever it is you plan on doing, past your friend.
