Well, if you're going to play into the "numbers" game, I should point out that Christianity is not quite keeping up with population growth, whereas Islam is increasing its numbers above population growth and will therefore overtake Christianity sometime this century (unless, say, Christians start lots of wars in the Middle East so that the Islamic population growth goes negative).

Then again, do you suppose Truth cares how many people believe in it?
