I have had a dry skin problem since birth, and I really want to get rid of it. It's different from regular dry skin, because it's more flaky than most. At night I frequently scratch myself to the point of bleeding. It flares up in extreme heat and extreme cold. I just can't figure out what to do! Please help me!
