You need to study the scriptures my friend, those are good questions. But first remember that when everthing is done all memories of the past are over and the bad group that doesn't make it are no longer in your thoughts or Gods. As far as your loved ones, you just claim them because they are jewels in your crown. Another words they are saved because of their kindness to you.

Remember that Hell, in western culture is eternal as preached by the denominations, but that is wrong. The only eternal life is in heaven. Hell is destroyed in the lake of fire along with Satin and his angels. That is the second death.
