a few years ago I suddenly began to suffer from eczema. I'd been eating poorly, lots of processed foods, few if any veggies, etc. I slowly began to change my eating habits and the bouts became less frequent. drastically cut down on sugar, flour, processed foods, and started eating more vegetables (lots) and fruit. But still got bouts once in a while (maybe every other month). After doing two liver flushes, I have only had one bout since, just the other day, and I think that was from getting drunk at my brother's wedding. Because of this I am convinced that eczema has a lot to do with the health of one's liver.
