It helped in my case, so be patient. I saw the difference during the second 10-day cleanse, which I finished with a liver cleanse. My faced improved greatly. After that second cleanse, the redness is gone and I only get ocasional pimples that disappear quickly. As for the open pores, they are still there... I hope to see some improvement soon. I will keep doing the cleanses (I am on my third cleanse now) until my face is completely cleared. So, keep the hope alive!
