hey. It's ok! I'm at the end of day 3 and I'm feeling great...If you have to have some lettuce to keep you going ...do it...the point is to keep going and cleanse yorself...this is my third try and I'm know I'm going 10 days...if you need some juice or something it's deffinetly ok...peace
