I am assuming from your 'history lesson' retort, you are directing this to me, although you answered AvJoe's post?

In that case, I have already answered this on the Esoteric Christianity Forum .

We can argue about what came first, the chicken or the egg until the cows come home (ha!)

You have your history books, and I have mine. However, bible Christians believe that theirs was dictated by God , which makes it to them, the ultimate truth...

I'll admit it's an entertaining historical relic, but it doesn't pass the 'word of God' test for me.

You, however, are free to believe what you want, with my blessing...
