Congratulations on your determination and perseverance.

Forty-seven days is awsome! Since March 15th, if you still visit this forum, How are you doing? How did your fast go, How many days were you able to do? Did you follow up in a modified Master Cleanser or other diet? pounds lost? pounds regained if any? How do you feel? Would you recommend such long term fast for someone determined to get rid of long term obesity?
I am encouraged by your comments as well as those of Pushkin and a couple of others on a 40-or-more-day fast. There is hope.
