It might take a little while, but it will eventually pass, along with other odds and ends in your guts.
One thing I've observed, is that you DO NOT need to have the laxitive tea the night before you plan on having a bm, and at the same time, do the saltwater flush. In fact, if you've had the senna tea, your intestines will ache and you'll just go, which makes the salt water bath overkill. This morning for instance, I hadn't had the tea the night before, I did the salt bath, and it was a much more gentle wash out (though you have to wait around an hour for it to take effect).
