Sorry did not see your post previously.

I would strong suggest that you read through everything and get all the information you can before you do anything no matter who tells you. If not sure always check with qualified competent health care professional or your own doctor. He/she would know your condition more.

There are a lot of alternatives out there and many where the side effects are unknown. May work for now but on a consistent basis - hard to tell. Rely on those that had been used for a long time and with no apparent complaints or side effects reported.

Personally, I would avoid mixing too many things together and best to do one at a time.
