First of all....YOU DO NOT drink 'sea-salt' as a laxitive!! It is ' Epsom Salts '

Sea Salt... is sodium chloride

Epsom Salts ... is magnesium sulphate

They have very different effect on the body...drinking a quart of Sea Salt could really hurt you......
