thank you, Zule, for maintaining balance here, regarding the extreme opinions (yes, opinions...not facts!) It was through the Catholic medieval mystics, such as Julian of Norwich, Teresa of Avila, Hildegard of Bingen, Meister Eckhert and others that I found my way to a deeper journey and spirituality. The Catholic institution (Vatican et al) has some major dysfunctions, but I am not going to through the baby out with the bath water....
