If you're driving a car and it starts making weird noises on the road one day after making a right turn you could think:

that right turn broke my car
turning broke my car
braking broke my car
that pothole broke my car
that hill broke my car
the oil filter broke my car
the regular gas broke my car
that opossum I ran over last week broke my car
the weight distribution since I have lots of crap in my trunk broke my car

point is: there are lots of things that go on in the human body and pinpointing vaccinations having a direct causal relationship in health problems is hard to do. Maybe they are causing all these reported neurological problems, but there are lots of other things that could be as well. Microorganisms, environmental factors, developmental disorders, biological and biochemical problems, etc. But, we do know that specific bacteria/viruses cause specific diseases, some of which have serious and deadly complications, and with certain vaccinations, they can be prevented. Making the choice of not vaccinating your children is certainly a choice and up to the parent but it is much more likely that your child will be 18 years old and say to you, "uh, so why the crap didn't you get me any vaccinations" than "damn you for getting me those vaccinations"
