I don't follow Mercola's site. Good diet should be a daily thing, not a program that you go on for a month. Food is the best medicine, but only if it is regularly consumed. Cleansing can also undo much damage if done correctly, it did for me and cost almost nothing as you don't have to buy anything other than some basic items. real holistic health is not about taking products, its about changing your life.

there are notable MD's who are against vaccination, for good reason. Mendelhson (sp?) wrote quite a bit on it. My local MD also advises to eat well and exercise over vaccination, she feels that only kids whose parents don't take good care of them should get vaccinated. she might have a point.
