last i checked, industry was responsible for the safety of its own products, now you are suggesting that the burden be shifted to individuals and other private companies not even involved with vaccination business? that does not make a bit of sense to me. and by the way, i generally don't buy alternative products, so what does that have to do with anything? health is about diet and lifestyle, not products or shots, so, not sure what you are getting at here.
