Thank you for the links.

Whilst I have not finished reading (it is bedtime where I am!!), I do feel that the mercola.com site doesn't give a balanced view of the evidence that is available. That's not to say that Dr. Mercola is wrong, but, in my experience, people who only tell one side of the story do so for a reason......!

But, as I say, I haven't finished reading yet...
