thank you for your thoughts. That's a good idea about not wearing any kind of metal bracelet for too long of a time. I've had one gold plated one on for a couple of days, and one plain copper one on. From Same company --- Sabona. Gold plated was $100 years ago and regular copper about 1/2. Then I've bought a couple of $10 copper ones from malls here and there. I'll keep digging about how much copper might still remain.

I know we only need trace amounts in our systems for health purposes, and yes, that's why I'm wearing them.

I'm pushing 60 and the old knees, wrists and other joints, speak regularly to me now, especially in the damp cold of winter rain and slush.

How about wearing the copper and magnetized bracelets together? Heard anything about that? I've been trying to read all I can on the curezone info about magnets.....tons of info and at least they confirm via their scientists AND testimonials, that the magnet therapy is helping tons of people. Thanks again.
