Hi,

Not sure how severe they are; what worked for me while back (I got little too ambitious doing my first enema, and gave myself some hemmorhoids with that) was putting emu oil on it (got it in natural food store, or Peoples Pharmacy here in Austin carries it, too), and also DMSO, the one with aloe vera gel.
Two people suggested to me using raw potato peel; haven't tried that one.
