You are doing it just fine. If your colon is dehydrated, it will keep the water. The body recycles water, putting it where it is most needed and takes it back from the colon when we don't drink enough. So if the water has been taken for recycling, the feces would be dry and absorb enema water. The height of the bag is what is comfortable for you. The higher the bag, the greater the force of the water going in. Drink more water, to your health, cheers! :) Omie
