I have always had a little bloating (abdomen) and constipation as an adult however, this symptoms have become almost chronic since a 6 month stint on the Atkins diet about a year ago. I KNOW I am clogged, I KNOW I need to start the P & B shakes (already ordered the ingredients) ASAP but jeeze,...those pictures! Some of the expelled material looks like it would be extemely painful to pass.

Again, I am committed to this endeavor but, at the same time, I am a little scared of the pain factor. Comments from those who have "been there, done that" would be greatly appreciated.
