Ooooh....just trying to avoid high blood cholesterol. This is not to say I avoid egg yoke completly, just trying to cut back. As a matter of fact I had egg yoke this morning after going 13 hrs of no food cus I went for blood test work for candida, hypoglycemia, & blood type. Oh well, I was hungry I went to Denny's. But I must say I haven't had a breakfast like that in a long time.

On a side note, I had another good bm. I'm sure it was the juicing that I did last night.
