Hmmm...yeah you weren't taking an excessive amount. I guess it's good that you stopped it for now and keep drinking the warm lemon water. That has helped me too in the past. I'm not too sure about the blood typing. What are your eating habits like? I really want to try the Lemonade Fast. In fact I need to. I crave junk food and usually give in. Like tonight.....I had 3 slices of papa john's pizza with the garlic butter sauce and then if that wasn't bad enough....I snacked on mini chocolate chips. And we're not talking just a few. I have got to do something about my eating that's for sure. Well I'm glad to hear your on your way to improving your health. You'll get there, just take one day at a time.
