Thanks for your reply. I stopped taking the B & P's a couple of days ago. I was taking Sonne's bentonate #7(1 tbsp), & Psyllium Husks Powder 1 tsp(Yerba Prima), once or twice a day, so as you can see not much.

I was consuming more water but the urgency to go was just too much. I think it stems from my candida(not sure). Right now I'm in a state of limbo, not sure what to do, but I think I need to address my candida first. I called my doc this morning to order some tests but they did not call back yet so I can get the prescription for the tests, man they are slow. Also I asked for a test for my blood type, they said I have to go to a hopital for that one. Does anybody know if that's normal procedure?

At least this morning I had a somewhat decent bm & just a little thicker in size. I think it was the tall glass of warm water with lemon that did it. Maybe tomorrow I'll try 2 glasses.
