Hi Pat! I am wondering how many B&P's are you taking a day? What brands do you have? You should be taking only 1 tsp. of powdered psyllium and 1 Tbs. of liquid Bentonite in water. I think you might be taking too much at this point and should cut back immediately since you are so backed up. This happened to me when I first started the B&P's. I increased my dosage too early. Make sure you are drinking a good amount of water throughout the day. I know you are planning on doing many more cleanses but make sure you get your bowels moving first, like you said you don't want to kill and stir things up if they aren't being eliminated from the body. It sounds like you are well on your road to recovery and have a great plan!
