This post encouraged me to try some yummy porridge, SO as I sit here and type this I am eating a yummy bowl of Irish porridge with some cinnamon, two diced dates and a sprinkle of raisins! Wow, is it good! The only thing is that the Irish porridge takes a little while to cook and I don't think I got it quite right since a few of the pieces are still a little hard in the center. But even like that it is so good. I want a second bowl!
