Hello,

I'll be taking a trip to India soon (maybe within a month). I've lived in the US my whole life and recieved all the normal vacs. that kids here do. I'm just going there for maybe 10 days to spend time with my new family. We don't plan on going out or anything.

My question is do I really have to take all those vacs I here they give before traveling? Are they really needed or can I take a "risk" and leave without them? If I can leave without them, what do you recommend I take in replacement of them? I already have planned a whole bag of Dr Schulz herbs and tonics such as superfood, supertonic, echinacea, intestinal formulas 1 and 2.
