I didn't think anyone could ever beat me. I am always constipated and was more so after taking some worm medicine. Actually I was plugged up.
The salt water flush is the only thing I ever have done that actually worked.
I'm not sure what kind of pills you are taking (laxatives?).

What I did was, the night before I did the salt water flush, I took 3 tsp of senna extract. The following morning, I did the salt water flush, and I have never experienced anything like it. I at first thought it was bypassing everything somehow, because there is no way something could work that fast. I had been taking metamucil and tons of prune juice prior to that and nothing. I made my water fairly warm so that I was sure that it would work. I did read to lay off fiber, so I did that as well. I also made sure I was using unrefined Sea Salt .
