I did read most of the pages and must say that it IS convincing but I am not 100% convinced. I have used the B&P's for a total of 7 weeks then just used the psyllim for about the last 2 weeks or so. I did get what I considered "mucoid plaque" and it came in all different shapes, sizes, colors, and consistencies. I do feel MUCH better. Whether it's psychological or not, I don't know. I feel that I have benefited tremendously from the B&P's, I have 2-3 movements a day now and I lost 4 pounds. My stomach IS flatter and my skin has been relatively clear. Who knows, we're all trying to find the truth and achieve optimal health, I just hope this person isn't in it for the buck.
