Hi, everyone. I just accidentally came across a website that has some VERY INTERESTING info about psyllium and "mucoid plaque" or whatever it is. I couldn't pass up the chance to tell this, especially after all of the complications I've heard about these B&P shakes. PLEASE at least take the time to check out the website to make an opinion for yourself. The 2nd page has the info about psyllium and mucoid plaque among many other interesting points.
