How much water do you drink with the psyllium ? And how much liquid do you take in for the rest of the day?
If you are taking the bentonite/psyllium/caprylic acid mix with one full glass of water, try chasing it down with another glass of water. I found that one teaspoon of psyllium per glass of water was the right ratio for me.
It took me at least three months before I saw some results. Also took homeopathic remedies against candida AND watched my diet.
This is a long road, but a necessary one. Don't give up , the results are well worth it!
