Wingnut, please share what bodypure answers to you. I guess you just did not sweat enough, cause those pads are all about swetting.

Sacrifice one pad, spit on it and press it (you can use pads that did not change colour after you used them). Let us know what you will see.

Visit sauna and note what makes you feel better.
