Maybe we have toxines in our sweat saliva and urine, but it does not mean that those pads are so special and really suck those things out of us. As people write here sauna can do the same job.

But I believe amount of toxines released is directly proportional to the amount of sweat we sweat out. So from that point I would get much better detox if I do some excercise and my let my all body release sweat instead of just my feet.

Your last question is exactly what is on my mind. I just don't want to make any conclusions before we get analisys of the pad before use.

The worst scenario that is on my mind right now is: pads may contain small amounts of some metals (in case people would like to check their results in laboratory), and the company uses some substances that when our sweat comes into contact with them make this visual effect (pads get brownish and sticky), due to some chemical reaction.
