Thanks for asking Julie. Most of that terrible Depression from yesterday is gone. I went outside and mowed the lawn until I was tired. Took a relaxing shower (although I forgot to do a dry skin brushing) and went to bed early. Things are much better today. Maybe it was just a toxic reaction, but it came on so suddenly and out of the blue, it frightened me. All of a sudden everything seemed hopeless and the feeling of dread was awful, almost like a panic attack, but lasting much longer.
