I agree that you should probably just go on if you are ready to. You will still get cumulative effects from the 3 days you've already done. Also, just so you know, a lot of people get headaches and generally don't feel well around day 3. (For me it was a grogginess and a bad headache all day on 3 on my first MC, day 2 this time around). It helped me so much to come to the board and find a whole string of people who got headaches at the same time and realize it was pretty normal. I haven't heard of anyone complaining about this lasting the whole time. You will definitely start to feel better soon if you do decide to keep going.
